EPC is happy to announce the next destination for our International Learning experience. Students and staff will be learning about and traveling to Thailand over March break in 2020. This is a very unique opportunity for your child as there are many historical sites to see and adventurous activities to participate in, including Sukhothai Historical Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, tuk tuk and rickshaw rides and feeding elephants at a sanctuary. If you would like more information, please contact Mrs. Leriger or Mr. Nolan at the school.
Thailand has deep roots in numerous Asian cultures, such as Indian, Chinese and Burmese. Students will learn about the Thai culture and way of life first hand by immersing themselves into the many activities this tour has to offer.
Thailand is an ancient cultural land, from temples, to palaces and ancient ruins, your child will never run short of a chance to learn from the traditions and customs of this incredible country.
Thai people are traditionally friendly and the country is known as the “Land of Smiles”. With a national motto like mai pen rai, meaning don’t worry or it’s okay, the nation has an overall friendly and chilled vibe to it.
Thailand has been described as one of the most tropically, serene travel experiences one could ever dream of. Students are likely to never get cold and will enjoy the country’s plethora of sunshine during this 11 day trip.
