9:00AM – 12:30PM:
- Setup will start at the multiplex, Grads who sign up (AND SHOW UP) to help in the morning will be excused from their classes that day. Attendance will be taken periodically (as needed).
- A free BBQ Lunch will be provided for all the volunteers from the morning setup between 12-1pm
1:00PM – 3:00PM
- The setup for Grad should (hopefully) be complete – it all depends on how the morning goes
6:00PM – 7:00PM (at the latest)
- Attendance is mandatory for all Grads as we need to go over everything that is expected from you on the day of Grad. This will include: line-up for the walk-in, how you will be setup on stage, setup for the Grad photo, and the expectations for your behavior on the day of Grad itself. Casual clothes are preferred, but if you are wearing high heels and you want practice walking the stage with them, bring them with you.

1:00PM-1:15PM:
- The Grads, select school staff and the photographer will enter the fieldhouse to take the Grad photo – no other people are permitted unless it is for a specific medical need.
- After the photo, the Grads are free to leave until needed at 2:40pm
2:00PM:
- The doors to the fieldhouse will be opened for general admission. The public is free to enter.
2:40PM:
- The Grads will be asked to assemble in preparation for the start of ceremonies. You will be organized alphabetically in line.
3:00PM:
- Grad Ceremony will start and should end around 4:30-4:40pm or so.
5:00PM-7:00PM:
- The start of the Grad Social in the Hockey Arena, which will start with the walk-in of the Grads and their escorts.
- Food is provided for those people who bought meal tickets.
