SOGI 123 helps educators make schools inclusive and safe for students of all sexual orientations and gender identities (SOGI). At a SOGI-inclusive school, students' gender does not limit their interests and opportunities, and their sexual orientation and how they understand and express their gender are welcomed without discrimination. 

Alberta is in year 4 of participation in SOGI 123.

There are currently six districts participating in SOGI 123.  These districts include: Aspen View, Elk Island, Edmonton Public, Fort McMurray, Red Deer, St. Albert Public, and Sturgeon.

Every school in Aspen View has a SOGI 123 School Lead.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your local school for more information.
